Hello. Thanks for visiting our store. We love djembes and all the other types of african drums. We are professional musicians and performers who understand how the perfect percussion beats and rhythms can help a regular old tune become something almost magical. We stumbled across the flexibility and popularity of african drums and djembes years ago. These instruments have made all the different in our musical lives.

If you still unfamiliar with the djembe, you may want to check out one of the drum circles that may be meeting in your area. These social and musical gatherings (we're not sure which of these comes first to the group) are a great way to get to know some other percussion fans. And, you get the added benefit of pounding your brains to an enjoyable mush. What a way to go!
